Phil Westman

Phil began his coaching career with Milverton Minor Hockey at the age of 21 while playing Senior hockey for the Milverton 4 Wheel Drives. From there he moved on to coaching Jr. C  with the Brussels Bulls for two years before returning to coach Senior hockey back in his home town of Milverton for the next 5 years.

Phil's Jr. B coaching career began with the Listowel Cyclones in 1998-1999.  He then joined the Stratford Culliton bench as Assistant Coach under Denis Flanagan and eventually became Head Coach.  Phil was behind the Culliton bench for approximately 800 games with 2 Sutherland Cups.

Phil has resided in Milverton all his life with Judy and two daughters Taylor and Harley.

Glen Childerley

Glen is excited to be back with the Stratford Warriors, this time as General Manager.  Glen spent two years with the Stratford Cullitons as a trainer and was there when the team won the Cherrey Cup in 2016.

Glen left to join the St Marys Lincolns as a Director of Hockey/General Manager and was there for a year and a half.

Glen comes to the Warriors with many years of hockey experience as a Coach, Trainer, GM and Hockey Dad to three boys.

Glen was an OPP officer for 31 years and retired in September 2016.  He resides in Stratford with his wife Colleen and his sons.  He is looking forward to a strong year with the Warriors.
